Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions Last updated: November 2025 1. About Luke’s Mobile Services Luke’s Mobile Services (LMS) provides mobile car and van servicing across Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas. Services include oil and filter changes, brake replacements, spark plug changes, and fluid top-ups — all carried out at your home or workplace. 2. Pricing Oil Change: £75 (includes call-out and labour) + parts. Brake Replacement: £180 + parts. Other services are quoted individually. All parts supplied by LMS include a small handling fee to cover sourcing and delivery. 3. Payment Payment will be inclusive of both labour and parts fitted. Payment in full is required before any work is completed. The payment is refundable in accordance to the cancellation and rescheduling policy (4) Accepted payment methods: card or PayPal Failure to make payment will result in refusal of future bookings. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand plans can change, so please give as much notice as possible: Cancellations: minimum 5 working days’ notice required. Rescheduling: allowed up to 3 working days before your booking (subject to availability). If parts have already been ordered, your deposit will be retained to cover those costs. 5. Liability LMS takes great care with every job, but cannot be held responsible for: Pre-existing faults or damage to your vehicle; Issues caused by defective parts or parts supplied by the customer; and Work is carried out at your chosen location — please ensure your vehicle is parked safely, legally, and on level ground before work begins. 6. Warranty All work by LMS includes a 14-day workmanship guarantee. Parts are covered under the manufacturer’s own warranty. 7. Service Area LMS operates in a 10 mile radius of Shrewsbury. Jobs outside this area will include an additional fee of £1 per extra mile.
